Is Sharecat a system only for projects or operations?

Our platform is used in both the project phase and operations phase of an asset. The focus and functions used are normally a little different, but essentially in the project phase you are building your asset's Information Twin, while in operations you are using, maintaining and modifying your asset's Information Twin. Both of these approaches are handled by our platform.

Yes you can, we have many clients who use our document functions as an EDMS, either on their own or integrated with our tag data and/or our product and equipment functions to enhance the value of the information held within documents.
